Hi, I'm Erin!

My passion lies in helping my clients feel and function at their best. Over the years, I've heard a common theme: people want workouts that deliver results, are sustainable, and minimize the risk of injury. This insight inspired me to focus on creating effective, balanced Pilates workouts that promote both physical transformation and long-term consistency.

 

While feeling good during a workout is important, optimal body function is the true goal— that's why I began combining Pilates with resistance training in a signature class I created called Pilates Mat + Weights. Pilates builds core strength, flexibility, mobility, and body awareness, while resistance training enhances strength and endurance and together, they create a powerful formula for a strong, resilient body. Unlike many Pilates instructors who create new exercises and call it Pilates, I do not change the Pilates method at all - instead, I merge classical Pilates and resistance training together so my clients get the benefits from both, all in one place.


I offer a range of livestream and pre-recorded video workouts making it easy to access expert instruction anytime, anywhere-- supporting you to stay consistent and see results!
