Hi, I'm Erin!
My passion lies in helping my clients feel and function at their best. While feeling "the burn" during a workout is important, optimal body function is the true goal. This is what drives me to lead effective, balanced, challenging, Pilates workouts that promote physical transformation and longevity.
When I meet clients for the first time, I always ask about fitness goals. In those responses, I've spotted a common theme: people want a workout that will deliver results. As a trainer, I'm always striving to help my clients meet their goals and deliver workouts that are goal driven, sustainable, and manageable. Client feedback is what inspired me to create my signature format "Pilates Mat + Weights". My clients wanted the benefits from Pilates, plus build more muscle along the way. Pilates builds core strength, flexibility, mobility, and body awareness, while resistance training enhances strength and endurance and together, they create a powerful formula for a strong, resilient body. Unlike many Pilates instructors who change Pilates and call it Pilates, I do not change the Pilates method at all - instead, I merge classical Pilates and resistance training together so my clients get a multitude of benefits all in one workout.
