Keeping my body fit and strong has always been a priority in my life and I am here to help you do the same. While it takes effort and commitment to have a strong body, the effort is well worth it when you see and feel results. I discovered Pilates when I was in college looking for ways to stay in shape after outside of the pool. As a competitive swimmer I was used to being strong and fit, and wanted to find something to help me keep up my level of strength. Pilates helped me gain more core strength, energy, and flexibility than I ever expected, and as result, I was even stronger in the pool and in everyday life. The workouts I create exist so you can experience these incredible results too.
